Graduating from a Paul Mitchell Schools Barber program, Radd set himself apart from the beginning with two goals:

1: Be able to perform every service under a barber license.

2: Never say no to additional education.

Keeping with those two directives, Radd spent hours ensuring he understood the technical and theoretical skills needed to perform not just the traditional men’s cuts and shaves, but all hair, as well as basic skin and spa services.
